Day 308 - 18th November

Sunday -

Cycle ride as discussed earlier in the week. On our road bikes, so I took the route and ended up going through to Desborough, Villages around Kettering, through Kettering and back the long route through villages on the way back to Market Harborough. Chain came off at one point, which was nice.

Not the greatesg day out, due to a very back mood on my behalf!! 30 miles covered on the old bike though, marvellous calorie burner.

PM - David wanted to show me some 'Firefly' episode, so we chilled out and watched this. I actually thought it was quite good.
