Day 279 - 19th October

Friday -

The weekend is bearly upon us, yippee. Although I have to be honest the weeks are flying by as work is busy as hell.

Today - I have woken up with a very sore neck, unsure as to why but it feels like someone has stabbed me in the muscle going up to my neck and across my shoulder. YIKES!!

Eve - Down the Oathill for a couple of drinks (purely medicinal of course ;-)), decided to go to the newish eaterie in town 'wildwood'. By golly the salad was delicious, no ordinary salad, goats cheese, onion, brushetta mmmm.

Alcohol has not workex, shoulder sore as ever, we will see how it is tomorrow
