Wednesday -

So I throw myself out of bed like an old person, crawl to the bathroom and sit in agony...OK so I exaggerate to make a point. Not so much pain but sore due to being pummelled yesterday (no jokes please) This is a clean blog.

Tonight is just a chilled out catch up on DCI Banks kinda night.

Fingers crossed tomorrow will be OK to do Body Combat.
