Day 281 - 21st October

Sunday -

Decided on a hike today, haven't been on one since May time and that was in the Peak district. In the end found an 8 1/2 mile hike near where we live. Luckily sun was shining and not too cold, after all the rain we had in the week it is perfect walking conditions.

Made a couple of fatal mapping errors which took us around the house (fields) but the guide was written some 5 years ago, so the new planed trees aren't actually newly planted anymore!!

Ended up hiking 10 miles, so burnt off many calories, deserved to stop off and have a pint of bitter in the village pub. I should cocoa. Lovely.

Knackered, so slumped at home in the evening.
