Tuesday -
4 day working week, how lovely.
Up at 6am and out for a run this morning. I haven't done this for ages, since training for the London Marathon in 2009. Loved it, although not as fit as I used to be, won't take long with the plans I have in place to build on my cardio and muscle mass (no - I am not going to be a body builder like Jodie Marsh, that's just plain sick). A good run in the morning sets you up for the day.
Work - ok, busy this week with cacth ups and plans to build on the tactical plans for my area.
Note to self; Must catch up on recorded TV.
Eve - DW @ Badminton this evening so relaxed and chilled.
