Friday -
AM - Ski school and ski hosting back on today, yeah! Enjoyed ski hosting, went off in another direction to new slopes I hadn't tried. Red runs today, steep but excellent snow conditions and speed was not hard to come by, loved it. Stopped off at a lovely cafe to the side of the red slopes. Was planning on taking to DW to the top of the glacier today, unfortunately due to high winds it was shut. Plans scuppered.
PM - Met David for lunch, skied to around the main glacier bit and decided that today is the day to ski the black run into town. I have seen it and the people look like ants (from out hotel) oh well. He who dares, Rodney, he who dares!! DW went back via the chairlift and filmed me coming down. Didn't fall over once, great experience, but bloody hard on the legs, knackered by the time I reached the bottom. Exhilaration is not the word.
Yes you guessed it, the wonderful world of scrabble, caught some rays out on the patio area by the bar. Bloody hot, people wearing shorts and no tops (the men obviously).
Eve - Nice dinner, watched Bridesmaids on Ipad and have never laughed so much, what a great film. Cheesy ion some place, but hilarious.
