Wednesday - Yep middle of the week already, marvellous.
Week going fast due to busy schedule, today, meetings and generally tasks to set the strategy for the year ahead (July - June 2013 - our financial year). Already covered off my budget, so that just needs to be agreed by my boss. Maybe able to make some small savings by taking on the apprentices.
Professional head on this week- Call Centre dong extremely well with the new manager in there. Good decision by me and my boss to have someone I can trust in there.
Eve - Weather pants, arrived home from work later than the norm, rushing around to get over to DW.
Popped into B&Q to buy Anja's gift card for her birthday.
Chelsea v Barcelona - although I thought Barcelona would beat us on the night, they did not. I fear for the return leg though, can't quite see Chelsea pulling that win out of the bag. You never know!! Fingers crossed.
Lovely Spaghetti Bolognese made by David's own fair hands. He is a good cook, lucky really as I am not as enthusiastic about cooking, although to be fair I will make dinners from scratch and have a good old go. To be honest, when you are cooking for one it seems pointless to make nice fancy dinners. Now I am not on my own all of the time, nice fancy dinners are the order of the day.
Countdown to parents weekend, 2 days - aaaahhhh!
