Day 235 - 4th September



Tuesday -

To be honest there is not much to report in the run up to the big break, however did go to spinning again this evening. This is now a regular exercise routine.
The class is fast and furious, blowing out my backside just to breathe as we go for rolling hills then ascending a long climb on a steep hill. Sweating and trying to find breathe it's all in the name of keeping me fit and healthy.

This class is not for beginners, however I am not a seasoned spinner but also not a newbie, so I ask myself should I be finding this class hard or relatively easy, knowing my fitness levels??

Need to find time to pack my bags for the off to Essex on Saturday.
