Day 227 - 27th August
Monday - Bank Holiday
Another big bike ride today, I am leading the way A couple of hours and then off to Nottingham
PM - IKEA, Decathlon and Laura Ashley to do home stuff.
New duvet set, DW bought more exercise gear & hotdog and meat balls from IKEA - nice.
4 day week - hurray
