Day 219 - 9th August

Thursday - get paid tomorrow!!

Work is just simply sending me mad, the only saving grace right now is knowing that the big cheese and other Directors are on holiday at the same time, so I will be left alone.
This is no way to work or exist day to day, action needs to be taken, I think my holiday break will decide what I need/want to do moving forward, will discuss with DW.

Eve - Body Combat
Wow! What a workout, my hot pants are certainly working the thighs and bottom, sweat just poring out of them. Not nice to look at and I have to keep towelling down my legs but by golly they work. I recommend these to any woman (Zaggora) I now have 2 pairs.
Will be booking another session of this next week.

I would like to do Kettlecise but the session is always packed and the other one is during the day, if I didn't work I think I would exercise at least 3-4 hrs per day and I am not even running.
