PM - One of my key managers has been successful in a secondment role, happy for her but just another thing to sort out this week. Call centre manager calls to advise that he is going to resign, great! and I have been sorting shite out and chasing up stuff for the little hussy.

Really shite day, stressful, so vented down at Fosse park. It is amazing how much you can relax and chill when retail therapy is involved. Thank you shops.
