Day 216 - 6th August

Monday - Groundhog day!!

Back to the grind stone to earn some dollar. Place has literally fallen apart whilst I have been away, some strange shite has occurred.

Call centre Manager had a run in with the big cheese and his missus ( we all know who they are). He decided to take some time away from work to decide on what he wanted to do moving forward. Great.
Then I am asked whether I want to do a new role in the business and get away from Customer Services, Head Of Business Improvement, integrating all business projects to streamline and improve efficiency within the company. To be honest this will mean a good Project Manager role, one which I have done before at my old company, about time I moved onto something else I think, getting somewhat boring in Customer Services. They say things come in 3's then the big Cheeses' girlfriend decides she wants to get hold of the call centre. Quite frankly she is welcome to it as no one can deliver the results RH wants as he has always done better than anyone else when he was running it!!! We will see.

This place is going to the dogs, it is a joke and I am finding it increasingly weird working here. Anyone else worked for a family run business who don't know their arse from their elbow?

Anyway this is the times we are in, watch this space for future changes.. could write sitcom about this place.
