Wednesday - Happy American Independence Day.
A run before breakfast 2 days in a row, come on G meister, speed work today, so less mileage but faster pace. Which is actually a better work out to get fitter.
Wednesday - finished glossing the door and windowsill this evening, in preparation for Master Zach's arrival in a couple of weeks. DW is going to order his black out blind and I have just taken receipt of his first Chelsea football quilt cover set, come on! Poor lad hasn't a chance of supporting another team, seeing as I am ramming the Blues down his throat.
Now over the hump of the week and it's all down hill to the weekend, wow, time is flying.
