Wednesday -
Ok so up early again, seems to be a pattern of 4 -5am fitful sleep due to cat!! Then can't get back to sleep properly, hence awake from 5.30ish onwards. What's that all about?? Should get up and motivate myself to go running and gym, however am feeling less motivated day by day to run. I think this is due to the big step of training for a long distance 'marathon', decided to take baby steps to building my fitness again, so will plan to train for 10k fitness and races once returned from holiday.
Appparently the 10k training is the best for building fitness, which sets you up to run further distances, so makes sense to start here again.
Evening - David's for Dinner
A nice wood burner, soft rug and pasta with home made Arribiata sauce, beautiful :-)
Played with Zach, ncie little boy, we all had dinner together, then bath and bed (Zach not me).
David and I sat chatting and listening to music in the warmth just delightful..next time with a glass of wine in hand.
