Wednesday - middle of the week.
Nothing much to tell today really, work all day.
Gym before breakfast - weights & resistance for toning & day 1 of my protein shakes, ok but not
as nice as 'For Goodness Shakes' recovery drinks.
Ran after work and then called 'David' (POF) who is a lovely guy to chat to, Psychologist no less, who lives in Kettering. We are meeting for a country walk on Sunday, how civilised. Fingers crossed :-)
