A nice 45 mile cycle ride with another 6 individuals, weather forecast was supposed to be overcast but ok. OMG!! Wind, rain the whole kit and kaboodle. Rain within the first 10 mins of departure, in fact the rain was so bad we planned to stop of at a local tea room and dry off with a nice cup of tea. Tea Room closed until 11.00am, we arrive at 9.50am!!! Plough on we do, merrily chatting and having fun, until we reach the 3 hills in quick succession, OK who planned this one (Mr Drewitt!!). Hard work but I found it easier now my saddle is set higher, the thighs can pump better (now now then...).
Da Crew...taking in some well deserved Bananas & Jaffa Cakes at around mile 20.
David & Zach come over for a quick visit, Zach is very cute!! So is his Dad :-)
