Up early again and out for a run at 8.15am, then into gym and back home for 9.30am.
Quick shower and gather all my stuff for my walk with David today.
Foxton Locks - 5 mile walk, so not a big one. Beautiful weather (just look at the photos).
Chatted with David, non-stop which is a good sign?? Met some nice animals along the way.
Had lunch at the Inn, by the canal, chatted some more in the Inn (no alcohol :-) then carried on for an extended walk back to the car. Nice day all told.
Arrived home, rang 'Friend In The North' (You know Who You are :-) ) Rang the parents, had a bath, watched Ski Sunday (Recorded) now blogging (10.22pm).
NB: Alcohol still has not passed these lips since Boxing day...not missing it...wonder how many drinks it will take me to collapse in a heap in Val d'Isere? Not many I hope as I hear the drinks are extortionate!!
