Day 329 - 9th December

Sunday -

Off to DW's Dad's and Louis's this AM, we have bee invited to pop and see them with Zach. Stopped for a chat and Zach helped Louise make Parmesan shortbread, very nice. I decided to arrive in my running gear as made an executive decision to run back from their house, so run done for the day. Quite cold and a head wind via the country lanes was not the best but yet it was a refreshing change to running on the pavements in town. Arrived home in 40min, only 4.25miles (would have been 4.75 if I have gone behind the gym to get home but energy zapped due to head wind).

DW - dropped Zach off early to his Mum's, going to Pantomime, so DW and I had the luxury of an afternoon together, so we went for a walk and Christmas Beer in the nice country pub near us.

Arrived home and caught up on Strictly, WOW what a show, loving it
