Day 318 - 28th November

Wednesday - Another holiday today

Haircut, so thought it best to take a holiday rather than WFH.

The trees around our house have a lot to answer for, their leaves are so annoying. I have thus taken some
time to rake the majority of the leaves up from the grass. If I leave them for too long they will disintegrate
and mess the grass up something terribly.

To my delight the local cats, including my own, decided to use the garden as a big litter tray. Clearly the leaves are fun to scrap back so they can do their business and push the leaves back over with. Clever but not very pleasant for me. Sorry to anyone who had to duck from the shit that was flying through air into the
non man's land at the bottom of my garden.

Eve - went back to Body pump this evening. It is so much nicer to be at home and then go out to exercise, there is no car travel to make me sleepy so going out to do exercise is OK. I am also finding I can run at 4pmish with no issues too.
