Day 272 - 11th October

Thursday -

Last day of the week for me, hurrah. The only reason I am off tomorrow is that I have a hair appointment at 2.30pm, so took the whole day.

Eve - Body Combat
New release so again new music and new combinations of moves. Great track - Number 7 which is the music from Blade (First scene - vampires club, which turns into a blood bath) very quick pace and non stop, talk about sweating and catching your breath but whoop, whooping along the way. Great.

I think I maybe sore tomorrow :-(
